My Nutrition Philosophy

Philosophy is based on study and knowledge; and my nutrition philosophy is based on the belief that food is fuel.  Food nourishes our bodies and minds allowing us to grow, excel, thrive and recover.   I utilize mindful and intuitive eating strategies to help athletes connect food, mind and body.  The food-mind-body connection creates a healthy and empowering relationship with food that will help athletes, in every stage of life, enhance their capabilities.
